THE PROCESS
How Deal Scout Works
Bird dogs share leads: Deal finders submit potential opportunities they’ve uncovered, sharing the general location only.
Wholesalers validate: Wholesalers partner with bird dogs to verify each lead, run the numbers, and get viable properties under contract. Wholesalers may pay the bird dog a referral fee. This is at their discretion.
Investors get vetted deals: Once fully vetted and under contract, the deal can be submitted to The Deal Desk, where it is presented to investors.

Stay Compliant
Marketing or negotiating a property you don’t control can cross the line into unlicensed real estate activity. Deal Scout is built to keep everyone on the right side of it: the bird dog shares the lead, and a wholesaler puts the property under contract before it is ever marketed.
